What we provide
We design, supply and install insulation for pipes, tanks, vessels and other process equipment. The scope can include technical preparation, removal of existing insulation, installation of a new insulation system and protective sheet metal cladding. We tailor the solution to operating temperatures, the environment and access to the equipment.

COLD INSULATION
POURED POLYURETHANE
Applications:
Insulation of equipment, vessels, valves and pipework by pouring rigid polyurethane foam into the space between the outer wall of the equipment and a watertight cladding made of aluminium, stainless steel or galvanised sheet metal.
Processing:
Rigid PU foam is produced by mixing two components and processing them in specialist equipment to achieve the optimum density.
Temperature range:
Density: 45 kg/m³ – 50 kg/m³
Application: from −180 °C to +100 °C
Working reach:
The working reach from the foam dispensing machine is approximately 60 m.
SYNTHETIC RUBBER, CELLULAR GLASS AND OTHER MATERIALS
Another option for cold and thermal insulation is synthetic rubber insulation, selected according to operating conditions and other parameters, particularly for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Special materials such as cellular glass can also be used for extremely low cryogenic temperatures. Perlite-based and other materials are used for specialist applications.
FIRE PROTECTION AND ACOUSTIC INSULATION
To protect buildings and prevent the spread of fire, we install fire protection systems, fire stopping for penetrations, structural fire protection and other solutions. In addition to improving the fire resistance of individual process components and spaces, we also improve acoustic comfort and reduce noise from spaces and equipment that emit unwanted sound into their surroundings.
For these applications, we use standard solutions from certified system manufacturers as well as our own solutions tested in accredited laboratories.
